Search Terms
When a name, county, state, or other search term is entered into a search tool, that request may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Grant County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own site database.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review it and respond. It is not shared outside the organization except when required by law.

Links Away From This Site
This site links to sheriff pages, jail and court resources, Nebraska Judicial Branch pages, NDCS, NEVCAP, federal locators, and third-party search providers. Nebraska public-records access is generally governed by Neb. Rev. Stat. 84-712 through 84-712.09, but once a visitor leaves this site, the privacy policy of the destination site controls that visit.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and display interest-based ads. Those tools are controlled by the advertising partner, not by Grant County Inmate Population.
