Use of Grant County Inmate Population means acceptance of these terms. Visitors who do not agree with them should not use the site.

Grant County Inmate Population is privately owned and has no affiliation with any government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising or search partners provides consumer reports, background checks, private-investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening services for employment, credit, housing, insurance, licensing, or similar decisions.

What This Website Is

This is a private reference website. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court files, NDCS records, or federal custody records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file documents with a court or agency.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Grant County, Box Butte County Jail, Nebraska court, NDCS, federal, and immigration custody resources, along with third-party research tools. Nebraska public-records access is generally governed by Neb. Rev. Stat. 84-712 through 84-712.09, including statutory exceptions that may apply to law-enforcement records.
